Swedish Massage
It is performed to energize the body and improve overall health. This type of massage involves actions like percussion, kneading, vibration, tapping and rolling. The benefit of Swedish Massage is as follows: Pain management, Increased blood flow, Rehabilitation for muscle injuries, Increased flexibility, Reduced stress, Improved immune system
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage centers on realigning the deeper layers of connective and muscle tissue. It aims to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the tense areas, either following or going across the fiber’s of the muscles, tendons and fascia. Deep tissue massage helps to treat muscle pain and improve stiffness. But it can still help to you unwind mentally as well.
Hot Stone Massage
A hot stone massage is a type of massage therapy. It’s used to help you relax and ease tense muscles and damaged soft tissues throughout your body. It uses smooth heated stones in conjunction with swedish massage techniques to melt away stress, for a sense of calm, warmth and balance.
Pregnancy Massage
Prenatal massage is therapeutic bodywork that focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be as her body goes through the dramatic changes of pregnancy. It enhances the function of muscles and joints, improves circulation and general body tone, and relieves mental and physical fatigue.This caters to the expectant mother using light to medium gliding techniques easing discomfort, while improving relaxation and rest. Pillows are provided. It is not recommended during the 1st trimester.

The Rejuvenation Chair Massage is a rejuvenating way to ease aches, pain, and reduce stress in the back, neck, shoulders, arms, and hands at work or home while remaining fully clothed.
